Kathy Karas-Pasciucco is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars. She received her B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from Montclair State University where she was elected to Phi Kappa Phi, and received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School. She is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals; a member of the North Jersey Collaborative Law Group; approved to conduct Family & Divorce Mediation and sits on the Early Settlement Panel in the Superior Court, Passaic County, Family Division. Ms. Karas-Pasciucco was admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States in December 2006.
